These general terms and conditions govern the purchase and access to video content on our VOD platform. Any purchase implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
The services provided consist of making video content available for streaming for 72 hours from payment confirmation.
All prices displayed on the platform are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes (TTC). No additional charges will be added at checkout unless explicitly stated before order confirmation.
Payments for content are processed via the Stripe platform. Accepted payment methods include: Bank Cards, CB, Apple Pay, Link, PayPal, BLIK, Bancontact, EPS, Klarna. In case of payment delays, access to content may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
Access to purchased content is immediately available after payment confirmation, subject to any geographical restrictions indicated
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the customer has accessed the video content. If the access link has not been opened, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting customer service.
8.1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity: The provided content complies with its description. In case of non-compliance, the customer may request conformity or a refund. 8.2 Guarantee Against Hidden Defects: In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the customer benefits from a guarantee against hidden defects.
The contract is concluded for a duration of 72 hours, corresponding to the access period for the purchased content. Once the period expires, access is automatically revoked.

In case of a dispute, the customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other amicable resolution method. The competent court is that of the company's headquarters location. The customer may access the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) on this link.
All content available on the platform is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
Salaud Morisset SASU shall not be held liable for service interruptions, errors, or data losses occurring on the platform, except in cases of proven fault on its part.
